HNT - Hydrate
I guess the H in HNT stands for Hydrate today. It's hot everywhere these days. Water will keep us healthy, it will keep our bodies safe from heat exhaustion, and it is good for our skin. And we all know how much we want our skin to look good for HNT.

Happy HNT! I LOVE WATER, I could drink a whole bottle in no time. When I was in basic training for the Air Force they would make up drink what was left in our canteens before allowing us to sleep. Some of the girls hated water and would actually vomit when they had to consume large amounts of it fast. Sucks to be them.
